    Our Mission

    At Fuller Fitness our mission is to make sure our clients are fully equipped to reach their fitness goals! Whether at the gym, at home, novice to working out, or master our client specific personalized programming virtually walks you step by step through your fitness journey!

    "I understand how intimidating working out can be. Especially in a gym where there's so many people around which can make you feel self-conscious. Then there's all the equipment and machines so you feel overwhelmed about where to start. That's where I come in :) I give you all the knowledge you need to navigate this process! Even if you are still nervous or have a billion questions, don't worry I'm just a text away!"

    Staying active is not only a part of my profession, as I've been a personal trainer for over 5 years, but it is truly my lifestyle! Rugby is one of my favorite ways to stay active. I've been playing for over 12 years now! 10 years with South Jersey Women and I've been a member of Roanoke Women since 2023. -Jenelle
